Shipping policy

At AutoHub Africa, we strive to deliver your automotive parts and accessories quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy details our transit times, carriers, costs, and processes to ensure full transparency and compliance with Google Merchant Centre guidelines. 
1. Shipping Fees and Destinations
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to physical addresses within South Africa.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of R120 for orders under R600.
  • Free Shipping: Valid for all orders of R600 and above. 
2. Order Processing and Handling Time
  • Handling Time: 1 working day.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 14:00 (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time.
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next working day. 
3. Transit and Delivery Times
Our transit times apply to deliveries within South Africa: 
  • Transit Time: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 3 working days (1 day handling + 1–2 days transit).
  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package online through the assigned courier's portal. 
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • If a package arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, contact us immediately at info@autohubafrica.co.za so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it with the carrier.

7. Delivery Address Corrections and Changes
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been handed over to the courier.
  • If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@autohubafrica.co.za.
